I am a for-hired consultant, part-time CFO that works with small businesses that need occasional assistance with understanding, organizing and managing the financial side of their business.  In today’s economic situations, lots of small businesses can not afford a full-time CFO or office manager but still need this vital role in making the best financial decisions. Having over 20 years of experience working for major and community business banks gives me a key advantage in making sure my client is maximizing their profits and cash flow, allowing them to focus on what they do best. I work for the business at the business on an hourly rate.  Before I start, my clients know exactly what I am focused on and how much it will cost as I offer a free consultation with a very detailed checklist of services and costs.
